While we're known for our slushy machine rentals, this policy specifically outlines how we handle the delivery of your online orders for slushy mixes, cups, straws, and other party consumables. We aim to get your party essentials to you safely, quickly, and with as little fuss as possible.
Please Note: This shipping policy applies only to online purchases of slushy mixes and accessories. Arrangements for the delivery and collection of slushy machines for hire are handled separately during the booking process.
2. Shipping areas
We currently deliver all slushy mix and accessory orders to major cities and towns across South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping for these products.
3. Order processing time
Orders for slushy mixes and accessories are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Please note: Orders placed over weekends or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your parcel of party essentials is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking details. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
