Rental Agreement

The Customer rents from Party Experts one (1) slushy machine, model name (Chrome Cater) model SC-2, serial number 24094079 (the "Equipment").

The specific terms of this rental agreement, including but not limited to the rental period, rental fee, payment method, security deposit (if applicable), delivery/pickup arrangements, and other relevant details, are as outlined in the rental order form/invoice (the "Order") provided to the Customer, which is incorporated herein by reference.

The Customer shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner, in accordance with the instructions provided by Party Experts. The Customer is responsible for any damage to the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

The Customer assumes all responsibility for the safe operation and use of the Equipment. Party Experts shall not be liable for any injuries or damages arising from the Customer's use of the Equipment.

The terms and conditions of Party Experts' website, located at https://www.partyexperts.co.za/terms-and-conditions (the "Website Terms"), are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and made a part hereof. These Website Terms govern aspects of the rental not explicitly detailed herein, including but not limited to cancellation policies, dispute resolution, late fees etc. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Website Terms, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific terms outlined in the Order.

This Agreement, together with the Customer's Order form, customer invoice and the Website Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and understandings, whether written or oral.
